Bhutan to male, zielone, czysciutke panstewko (tylko okolo 750,000 ludzi), ktore jeszcze w latach 70-tych bylo zupelnie krajem zamknietym, nie dostepnym dla turystow. Dzis tez relatywnie malo przyjezdza turystow do tego kraju. Krol Bhutanu bardzo dba o to aby jego kraj nie zostal w zaden sposo 'zniszczony' lub najezdzany przez turystow. Rezultaty sa zauwazalne w ... nieskazonej kulturze oraz otwartych i przyjaznych dla nas ludziach.

In the eastern Himalaya, bordered by India in the south and Tibet to the north, lies the landlocked Buddhist kingdon of Bhutan. The kingdom managed to remain nearly untouched by outside influence with its religion, architecture, environment, and lifestyle much the same as they have been for centuries. Until the 1970s Bhutan with its remarkably small population (750,000 people) had limited contact with the West and has kept its culture very much intact. Even today relatively not that many tourists come to visit making Bhutan still a very pure and unspoiled country.
